Settle is a sweet, digestive blend, with mint and aniseed notes. This blend contains fennel and meadowsweet, which makes it an ideal after-dinner infusion, that settles and warms.

Ingredients: Aniseed (24%), Fennel Seed (23%), Peppermint (20%), Chamomile (15%), Meadowsweet (10%) Licorice (8%)

Contains Licorice - Sufferers of hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Brewing Instructions:

1 heaped tsp per cup

Infuse in boiling water - 100 c

5-10 mins brewing time
